Evolution to serve our students needs

Saltera has expanded its scope into emerging technologies as it identified these skills would impact the transport, warehouse, and supply chain logistics industry and many more. Saltera now offers the only accredited courses in applied blockchain and emerging technologies such as the Internet of things, Machine Learning, Artificial intelligence, and interoperability with oracles and smart contracts.

We have a great passion, which evidently reflects our drive to grow as a training organisation. Consequently, we make it our priority to spend all necessary time ensuring students receive our best practice training leading to the best outcomes.

Many of the students we have worked with need the direction and stability that Saltera provides, and our courses serve as esteem-building life markers that help set people on the right path. The care we provide for our students’ futures has been the key to our success.

Students will find a level of professionalism and understanding not found at other RTOs, which is why we hand-select our Trainers with these qualities front and centre. And businesses will be delighted by the minimal impact Saltera Training’s course models have on day-to-day operations. Our Trainers come to your worksite at a time that suits you and we upskill your workers outside of peak production periods.

RELIABILITY

We understand our students depend on our ability to consistently deliver a quality product, maintain reliable and consistent systems whilst providing a high degree of student support.

INNOVATION

We are all about developing a new way to approach a problem. We are constantly developing new technologies, solutions and workarounds that can change the world for our focus – our students.

SIMPLICITY

Valuing simplicity doesn’t mean we aren’t productive – it means that we value our customers’ time and want to maximise our efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining processes for speed and ease.

EXCELLENCE

We hold ourselves to extraordinarily high standards. Companies that strive for excellence are constantly raising the bar and aiming to outperform the competition at every turn.

At Saltera our Values are at the core of how we do business, they play a significant role in our organisation as we see students Rise to success!
